In Matthew 5:6, Jesus said it like this, “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” If you are not thirsty or hungry, you will not be filled. Speaking in tongues will not catch you off guard. If you are not thirsty and hungry, no one can make you thirsty, and no one can make you hungry. The desire for us to have all that God has available must grow from the inside of us. We have to become thirsty and hungry after the good things of God.
