Mark 16:17, Jesus said, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues.” Speaking in tongues is one of the signs that follow the BELIEVER! The opposite of this of course is that if you do NOT BELIEVE you will not speak with tongues. The Word of God I don’t believe is not designed to persuade people who have made up their minds that this experience is not for them. It is designed to bless believers who want the truth.
