Remember, Bible faith is saying and acting on the Word. A person can be in a wheelchair paralyzed. If they could get up and walk, they would not need a wheelchair. What do they do, as they have built the Word into their hearts, they can say, “I believe I am healed according to the Word of God.” Then, follow that by some kind of physical activity, some action that is consistent with what they have said. Maybe they can only move the big toe on his right foot, but that is all they have to do. When they look down and see that toe moving, all they have to do is say, “I believe I am healed according to the Word of God.” That is their act of faith. No matter how limited it may be, it is still an act of faith.
