We’ve been looking at some ENEMIES to our faith. 1. Ignorance of God’s Word; 2. Not acting like God’s Word is true. And today we will begin looking at #3. Concentration on sense knowledge evidence. Sense knowledge evidence is knowledge that comes to you through your senses. It is something you see with your eye, hear with your ears, smell with your nose, taste with your tongue, or touch with your hand. FEELINGS HAVE NOTHING to with anything relative to God. That does not mean that you are not allowed to have any feelings, but getting mad is a different feeling than being glad. You may have some feelings associated with the things of God, but it is fallacious and dangerous to ever judge or base anything solely on how you feel about “stuff.”
