2 Corinthians 4:18, “While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” Notice that the Scripture mentions two kinds of “things.” One is referred to as “seen things,” and the other is referred to as “unseen things.” We are told by God NOT TO LOOK (or focus) at the things which are seen. That does not mean to deny that they exist, but to simply ignore them or not give them first place. In terms of your ACTIONS, do not give them any credit for influencing you.
