If we are going to walk by faith, we have to leave the realm of the senses or “fly by instruments,” That is the reason that so many people don’t make it in the walk of faith. They feel secure only when they can touch something or taste, see, smell or hear it. FAITH IS NOT BASED ON THE SENSES! You have to allow (make) yourself to walk and live by the Word. Paul says in Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word [rhema] of God.” So, if the WORD does not come then the God king of Faith can’t come. That means that “faith” and the Word of God are synonymous terms.
