Another way to see 2 Corinthians 5:7, For we walk by the Word of God, not by the senses. The principle is the same as when you put your paycheck in your checking account and write checks on it. You do not KNOW whether or not there is money in the company’s bank to cover it, and you probably don’t even question or think about it. If you can do that, then you can also believe God. The only difference is that with God, you are dealing with spiritual things. FAITH IS THE EVIDENCE, so God’s Word is THE EVIDENCE of things not seen.
