For 40 years God worked one of the greatest miracles in the Bible. for 40 years, the nation of Israel walked around in a geographical location that some have said could have been crossed in 10 to 40 days. The reason God had them wander for 40 years was that it took that long for all those die-hard, doubt-peddling people to die off. Every person who was 20 years old or younger when the spies said, “We can’t take the land,” were allowed to go into the Promised Land, but they were cheated out of seeing it for 40 years. Only two of the original group went with them…Caleb and Joshua.
