To blasphemer is extremely dangerous. If a Christian does no know better, ignorance is in operation and I do not believe God holds them responsible. On the other hand, if a Christian does know better and takes the position that the things of God are of God, but are of the devil, that person is in a dangerous position with God Almighty. I believe that judgment for them in making such a statement will depend on the level of their spiritual development when the statement was made. If a person believes that speaking in other tongues is not for them, then at least I would hope that they do not equate the experience with being demon possessed or of the devil.
