We need to desire to have the gifts of the Spirit. This is the very attitude that the Holy Ghost wants us to have concerning spiritual gifts. He wants us to long for them, to desire them and to pursue them. He wants them to be brought into greater manifestation in our lives. In 1 Corinthians 14:31, the Word tells us that we may all prophesy, then when the Holy Ghost move on you to speak out, you will have the faith to do it. This is of course available to every believer, and it will be manifested a lot of time in witnessing.
