Who are these evil forces that are constantly working behind the scenes to seduce, deceive, control and manipulate the flesh and the mind? Paul answers that question as he continues: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, BUT AGAINST PRINCIPALITIES, AGAINST POWERS, AGAINST THE RULERS OF THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD, AGAINST SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS IN HIGHT PLACES.” Notice that he classifies FOUR demon spirits: PRINCIPALITIES, POWERS, RULERS of the darkness of this world, and SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS in high places.
