So it seems like with God is dealing with truth that is of paramount importance, or when God calls out to an extremely important biblical character, He will repeat Himself. So, as we look back at Ephesians 6:12, where the Holy Spirit repeats the word “AGAINST’ four times within the context of verse! This means the Holy Spirit is telling us something very, very important. The word “against” that is used four times in Ephesians 6:12, is taken from the Greek word “pros.” This word always depicts a “forward position or a face-to-face encounter. “ This word is used in John 1:1 to describe the preincarnate relationship between the Father and Jesus. It says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was WITH God…”
