Now we are going to take a look at, “spiritual wickedness in high places.” Paul uses the word “wickedness” which is used to depict something that is bad, vile, malevolent, vicious, impious, or malignant. It is significant that Paul saves this Greek word until the end of this verse. By doing this, he is revealing to us the ultimate aim of the enemy’s dark domain. These demon spirits are sent forth from the spirit realm to afflict humanity in all manner of bad, vile malevolent, vicious, impious, and malignant ways.
