there are lots of people who believe that serving God in this life will pay off in the next life, and we may not have much to show for it in this life, we are just wandering through life, barely getting along, but it will be different when we get to the other side….it will be worth it all when we see Jesus. Thank God THERE IS a great day coming, but the Apostle Paul said, “……godliness is profitable unto all things, having promises of THE LIFE THAT NOW IS…..” He said “having promises” that is present tense. “the life that now is” is the life that I am living right now.
