There is absolutely no reason for you to have any more “blue Mondays.” There is no reason for you to ever be despondent or whipped or down. There is no reason to feel defeated. When you understand this Biblical pattern for victory, you can sing and shout every day of your life. The verse that says to sing and make melody in your heart to the Lord falls into a different category.
