For the mind to get built up spiritually, you need the interpretation of what has been said in tongues. The way to begin operating in interpretation is to pray in tongues until you sense a satisfaction in the spirit, then stop and begin listening for words in English. Start speaking out those words. If it doesn’t sound right in the beginning, keep on going. The more you do it, the more sure you will become. Your mind will be refreshed because it will know what the Spirit is saying.
