Most of us would like to do what Peter did in the waling-on-water incident. He wanted to prove it was the voice of the Master. Isn’t that what most of us want to do at times? We want do prove that it is the voice of God speaking to us. Some people seem to think that asking God to repeat something is unbelief. But there is nothing wrong with proving all things and holding fast to that which is good.
