If you look at the story, you will see that God DID NOT take away from Job…satan did! Also, Paul says in Romans 11:29 that the gifts of God are without repentance, God is a giver, He does not take. But then, some may say, “Yeah, but God let the devil do it. God PERMITTED the devil to do it.” This may surprise you, but that is absolutely true. If JOB ALLOWED IT, God had to permit it. God gave Job, and us, a free will, so it was not up to God. When bad things started happening to Job, he allowed them to continue by believing and speaking that it was God Who caused the bad things to happen instead of the devil.. It was up to Job then, and it is up to us now.
