The religious leaders became very envious of Jesus. They made false charges against Jesus, and they tried to trick Jesus through the Word of God. They wanted to see if He would really answer according to the Bible. They asked Jesus, “Moses and the law says that if a man marries a woman and then doesn’t have any children by the time he dies, his brother is supposed to take his wife, and they are supposed to bear children under his name. We had a situation where one brother died and he and his wife didn’t have any children. One of his brothers took over and didn’t have any children. He died, another brother took over, and the woman did not have any children by that brother, either. All seven brothers had her. They all died, and then finally the woman died, also. Now tell us, in the resurrection, whose wife will she be, because seven of them had her?” Jesus said, (tomorrow)
