There are CONDITIONS in God’s Word. Many Christians read OVER the conditions. They read the Word of God, but they never read the conditions. Do you know James 4:7 by memory? “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” Most Christians do not know all of that verse. Whenever they quote it, they say, RESIST THE DEVIL, AND HE WILL FLEE FROM YOU. However, if you do not SUBMIT YOURSELF TO GOD, you can resist the devil all night and all day, and he will NEVER flee because you are not meeting the condition.
