So, how do you cast ALL of your cares on him? You might want to try this: get a sheet of paper (8.5 x 11 or whatever) sit down and write this down: At the top of the page, make a heading, a statement that will say, “My Cares, my Burdens, My Worries,” in other words, all the things that you are concerned about. You may need more paper, but that is alright, but make sure you list ALL of your cares. After you finish the list, take that list and go over to the trash basket. Stand over it and say something like, “Lord, these are my cares. This represents all of my care…my children, my husband, my finances, my disease and so on. These are all of my cares.” (pick up tomorrow)
