The power or the “tools” with which to do these things comes from the Holy Spirit. And that’s where a whole lot of Christians are in trouble. They are trying to do these things without the Holy Spirit. They are trying to dig ditches without shovels. But, as you stay continually filled with the Spirit, then you can reach down inside your own spirit and pull out the power. Begin by speaking in tongues. Then proceed with the interpretation, then sing in tongues and praise the Lord. After that, you can move up a level and speak or sing by prophecy.
